In Greek mythology, the Minotaur was a human body and bull's head and tail.
Apart from that descriptive name, the name was Minotaur Asterion. Sometimes even represented as a bull with a human body, in correspondence with the Centaur. He lived in the Labyrinth, a building that was built by Daedalus on the orders of the King of Crete, Minos. The Minotaur was killed by Theseus.
